The psychotherapeutic counselling service offers you a safe space to explore and unpack areas of your life whether they be in the present or past that are for whatever reason making life feel a little or more overwhelming. Being witnessed and accepted for all of you is a very powerful way to enable you to start tapping into your inner resources. It's key that you feel you have a connection to your therapist, which is why a consultation and first session is often arranged. During these sessions, you can get a sense of how we might work together. Influences are drawn from a variety of models - to better support you. Contracts are agreed which might consist of short term or longer term work which take place on a weekly basis. The first step is making contact. Sessions currently take place in Walthamstow, E17.

EFT otherwise known as Acupuncture without the needles.

This can be used for a wide variety of physical, psychological and emotional issues.

It is an easy and safe way of supporting you to release the emotional blocks that are holding you back from your true potential.

Matrix Reimprinting is an advanced form of EFT.

Sessions normally last 50 mins. However, upon request 1.5 hrs can be booked.
