How do I access the service?

The next step?

A FREE 15 minute consultation will take place via email, phone or zoom meeting. This gives you an opportunity to say more about what motivates you to access support, to ask questions before deciding if this is the right time for you to commit and invest in yourself.  

The consultation is continued in an initial session which takes place in person depending on your location or via online / telephone. 

How much are the 1-1 sessions and how do I pay?

• Psychotherapeutic Counselling - £70
• EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) £80
• Matrix Re-imprinting - £100

You can pay via bank transfer (before the session) or online via Paypal (£1.50 needs to added to fee if paying via Paypal).

Session duration:

Sessions are usually 50 minutes duration. However, you can book a 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute session too - please ask for further details.

Cancellation Policy:

Where possible, please give at least 48 hrs notice of cancellation. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice, are paid for in full. Therefore the payment is non refundable. 

What happens during a first session?

During the first session, we will explore what has brought you. We will also look at areas such as confidentiality, times and days sessions will take place and any other practical areas. 

Each session usually takes place on a weekly basis. Please note that some clients for practical reasons can only meet on a fortnightly basis. Frequency and flexibility is always discussed so we can mutually agree on what best works for you.
